Liked: To get into the building you had to have the key or buzz reception.There was a small but available kitchen space for guest that included a fridge. When something didn't work we notified the staff within the hour they had replaced it with a brand new one. (the cooking hot plates)They had laundry in the kitchen as well, for 5 euros you got to wash and dry. Everything was really well maintained. It is also convenient because the hotel itself is right on the U-Bahn line 1 so you could get anywhere you wanted in town no problem. There were a lot of things right around the hostel to see and do. It was fun.You cannot control the other guests that came in, so on one of the nights on our floor we had a group of students that checked in. They were really loud and annoying. We went down to front desk and complained and while we were unlocking our door to go back to our room the guy from front desk was already quieting them and sending them back to their rooms. They were efficient and friendly and always there to help.

Liked: Most valuable for me are clean rooms, nice breakfast and helpfull staff. All of these were as I needed.

Liked: Very nice, clean and big rooms! Even if not exactely in the City center it is very very close to the U station (U1) So, it's very easy to go to the center, or whereever else you need to go! :-)

Liked: the rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable, it has everything, you might need, when traveling. People that work there, always help us with finding the easiest way to get somewhere, and had a lot of patience with us. Breakfast is very good. I would definately look for the same accomodation next time. Thanks

Liked: Free wifi, though only one area in the bar where it worked properly. Excellent kitchen and laundry services. Clean, Safe, and fairly new. Friendly and helpful staff.

Liked: we visit during the Xmas time, when we checked in, the female stuff was quite busy then and a little impatient. but after check in(Xmas eve) the stuffs' attitute are quite nice and also helpful.the bathroom and toilet are quite nice, but have something broken also.the location is really convenient and close to the metro, but the area looks a little dangerous in the really late night.
