Liked: We stayed in a 3 person private room, which was big, clean and really lovely. It had a sofa and a small TV too, and a very large window that kept the room cool. We had an ensuite which was very clean and had a really poweful shower. The location was great - just a 10 second walk from an underground station and lots of shops (clothes, supermarkets, cafes etc) and it was only about 5 minutes on the underground into the very centre of Vienna. The staff were also really friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hostel to anyone wanting to stay cheaply in Vienna and to see all its sights.

Liked: The directions on how to get to this place are pretty bad. It's actually not that hard to find!! But asides from that the place was as good as you would expect from a large hostel. Friendly staff and only about 7 minutes from the city centre on the underground. The biggest issue was the complete lack of air conditioning. The rooms got so hot!! But I would stay again in the cooler seasons.

Liked: The hostel in safe and clean. The price is cheaper as the location is not in the centre. It's better to buy a 24, 48... travel pass for the metro. The breakfast is not included. All in all, it is quite good in value.

Liked: Not in the center, but near a metro station. Nine persons dorm was big enough. Clean place. Nice staff.

Liked: Clean and modern with all the facilities I needed: laundrette, free wifi etc, but Internet connection is slow - even the paid for connection in the room.

Liked: Everything that was asked about. The services were plentiful and not expensive, it was clean, I met fun people there, and I definitely felt secure. Not to mention how close it was to the Keplerplatz UBahn station!

Liked: great place to stay when visiting this beautiful city, I would recommend it to my friendspros : clean and new ; very friendly and helpful manager ; secure facilities ; a few metro stations from the heart of Vienna cons: juice and coffee at breakfast were pretty nasty ; the room was really hot and you don't really want to leave your window open because there is a massive emergency staircase that anybody could use

Liked: Corporate hostel. Seems like a lot of families on a budget were staying. Offered soap in the bathroom, a nice touch; But not the best location;. yeah its by a metro stop and some shops but if u want to go out at night forget it, metro closes early and there isnt shit to do nearby. But not a bad place, I would stay again if I needed to.

Liked: This hostel was run kind of like a hotel, which was nice. Reception was always helpful, especially Benedikt. It's not the best place to meet people, but I guess it just depends on who's staying there. Do not use the laundry machines if you can avoid it because they take forever and made a hole in my jeans. Also, find better directions from the metro or train station to the hostel because I got seriously lost.

Liked: not really in the city centre, you have to take U1 a few metro stops, to be in the centre of the city. the metro is really really close to the hostel though, so that is very convienient. i also recommened the breakfast, its 4 euros and totally worth it. seems like a lot at the time, but its all u can eat and has a regular continental breakfast.
