Liked: Rooms were very spacious and clean. Location was a bit far out from city centre but it was very close to an underground station. Breakfast had a big variety.

Disliked: The area it was situated in wasn't the prettiest and if you were looking for somewhere to eat or evening entertainment then you had to travel out.

Liked: It was clean and had one shower per room.

Disliked: Someone stole our food from the freezer...

Liked: The directions about how to reach the place were clear and easy to follow. The place is well organizedand offers ticket-booking, cheap cosmetics that any traveler needs, a decent breakfast and good amenities.

Disliked: The place is large, a kind of a factory with a high turover that sucks people in and spits them out en masse, which is why you often have major traffic jams in front of the reception desk. There were some creaking beds and doors that could (should) have been oiled a bit, so that people would not wake up a dozen times a night whenever somebody turns in their bed or goes to the toilet.

Liked: It was very clean and modern for hostel prices. I only stayed one night but it looked like a fun atmosphere and lots of good people.

Disliked: The location wasn't the best...there was lots of shopping in the area but there didn't seem anything touristic nearby. However it was right next to a subway station and I was thoroughly impressed with Vienna's rail system...very easy to use and gets you anywhere very fast.

Liked: It's quite comfortable, modern, clean and safe. It's kind of far from the center but it's one block away from a metro station that takes you in 5 min to the center.

Disliked: The elevator is quite annoying. There's only one and takes forever to take it. Staying in the first floor is no problem but in the 6th it can get annoying. That's a minnor problem, though.

Liked: The common room was a nice place to relax and the television in the bedroom was good to have when tired and wanting some quiet time

Disliked: I didn't like having to pay for access to the computers as we did not have to in the majority of other hostels we stayed in

Liked: Clean and spatious rooms, lockers were nice.

Disliked: The location was awful, next to sex shops and peep shows and wayy outside the city center where it claims to be. The staff seemed generally uninformed and disorganized, and the hostel charged high rates for drinks and other amenities. Also they claim to offer 'Free Internet' but its only in the lobby and if more than one person are on it at the same time its terribly, incredibly slow and impossible to get anything done. Nothing more than a tease to get you to pay 5euro per hour for their good internet

Liked: Clean, shower in room, but we had a crazy man flashing us in our room and when we told staff, they said they'd move him and then did not. Not a fun hostel either, all old people or kids.
