Liked: good place, easy to reach by metro, clean, its a hotel style hostel

Disliked: the staff was nice, but not helpful enough for traveling information

Liked: Well signposted. New, modern, comfortable. Rooms have both toilet and shower ensuites. Comfortable bed. Free wi-fi in common areas – worked mostly. Breakfast extra. Good place to meet other travelers. Friendly staff. 8.7/10

Disliked: Long walk from train stations (3.5 – 4.0 km), but metro station beside hostel. ~ 20 minutes walk to old town also. No guest kitchen facilities. Small lockers in hallway.

Liked: the colours were nice, staff were really nice and very helpfull

Disliked: there were a bunch of school kids making a load of noise in the night and were just a general pain

Liked: Everything is very clean. I slept in a 4-5 people dorm. I would recommend it.

Liked: Me and my boyfriend had a weekend-tour to Vienna. Because of this we needed a hostel with a nice location and well-looking rooms. Meininger met all oyr expectations: for the price of 58E per night per "double-bed ensuite" we have got a place located on the main shopping street + 10 min by U-bahn from the center (Subway station is just A FEW meters away from the hostel!!!!) and (which is very important) very clean and good-looking room! I would recommend this hostel to every couple!

Disliked: The stuff should be a bit better informed on the public transportation!

Liked: Nice and safe place, well organized. I surely would recomend it to friends!!! I've enjoyed a lot!!!

Liked: I stayed in a private room. The comfort of the bed, the heating and the room are really satisfactory. It is more like a hotel, rather than hostel.

Disliked: The location of the hostel is not safe and good, also far from the city center and there is no life around the hostel. But it is just near the metro station.

Liked: The staff were incredibly helpful and nice. We felt as though we could ask them about anything we needed help with. The rooms were very clean and incredibly spacious, our double person room even including a sofa. Finally, there was a heater in the bathroom, which made drying our handwashed clothes very easy and quick.

Disliked: Nothing comes to mind.
