it is clean in this hostel, staff are basically friendly and helpful in patience, and i feel safety there. one thing is the most important that the place is convinient to catch the U line. Shortage: it seems all of entertainments have to be paid, so if we can go internet for free, especially wireless is open for free, it will be perfect.

The hostel is really clean and it look like a hotel... the best hostel I have ever been to... the location is ok near a metro station 10 min from the city center...

I felt as in a hotel but for the price of a hostel, it is very clean and maintained well. The staff is also nice.

The rooms were nice and spacious. The hostel is located very close to a metro stop which is convenient. The staff was also willing to switch our room when we had an uncomfortable roommate situation.

Very clean, looks newly refurbished. Nice light airy breakfast room. Good security with secure doors on each floor. Location very convenient about 1 min walk to metro station (just a few stops to centre of town & tourist destinations) and to local shopping/entertainment street. Area felt okay, even despite the 'red light district' establishment a few doors down -there were no loiterers around and we did not feel uncomfortable walking back late at night, so don't let this put you off. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice place and cleaned. Nearby a metro statio which goes to city center. Very friendly staff and you can pay buy credit card when you get there.(staff speak english)

Double rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. Breakfast is okay. Staff are helpfull and friendly. It feels quite safe and quiet. It's not in the city centre but not far, and very close to an U-bahn stop. I highly recommend this place! It´s like a hotel...

The food is very cheap, diverse, healthy and a lot!
The place is very clean, quite and very beautiful.
It was very funny when I got the press in the morning.
The stuff is very nice and also the people that come to visit, or come to rest there.

It's really crean and near from a metro station. It's acceptable for a single woman traveler.
Average cost of accommodation in Vienna is really high, so it's expensive hostel too. But breakfast and 10min free internet access were included.

We stayed in room no. 510. It was very big, friendly, light and totally clean. The beds were very comfortable. The prices are adequate.

Clean, spacious rooms, good breakfast, good security. Free wireless internet was also good, although having to get a new access code for it repeatedly was a bit inconvenient.
