Liked: It is very nice place, clean, new, the heating and showers works very good!

Disliked: It is not so close to the subway

Liked: It was a nice friendly enviroment, helpful staff and good indications.

Disliked: The fact that it didnt offer wlan inside the rooms, only at the reception area, and no plugs next to each bed is unaceptable!

Liked: Good location, right near the main shopping street of Mariahilferstrasse but is a bit in the backstreet behind main road so a bit creepy late at night. Nice common room and buffet breakfast for 3.70 euro. Clean rooms with lockers and locks provided.

Disliked: Just a bit off the main road so a bit creepy at night.

Liked: It is very nice, people were very helpful, rooms are very clean, there is hot water all the time. You have a bar in hostel so we didn't have to go out every night especially because we were so tired. Location is very near metro and trams so you don't have to walk a lot. :)

Disliked: Pillow was not so good.

Liked: Excellent hostel! Staff were really helpful and fun. They provide a free map with great recommendations for places to go as well as places to eat - we found a couple of hidden gems!! Great value for money!!!

Disliked: A little bit out of the way, but its worth it!!

Liked: Staff - absolutely brilliant! Upgraded us from an 8 bed mixed dorm to a deluxe private room because our original room was being unexpectedly repaired, and threw in free breakfast and towels. And breakfast was absolutely incredible!!!

Liked: Very nice environment. You get free drink on arrival and also the bar is nice and not costly. Has good variety of cocktails. The rooms are clean and nice. Also, the self service drink and snack machines are available. Lockers are free too.

Disliked: It's a little bit far from the west station (10-12 minute walk) compared to other Wombat's hostel which is much closer.

Liked: Hostel had everything you could need apart from a kitchen however breakfast was pretty cheap and all you could eat and they did have a fridge i think. Bar was cool, best atmosphere ive seen at a hostel. easy to get into town by tram

Disliked: no kitchen! and long walk from centre of town (or short tram ride) though as was cheap cant complain too much

Liked: Atmosphere is great and if you travel alone, you can find company here. They have done everything so you will find new friends.

Disliked: For older travelers it's a little bit annoying to have bar on downstairs and really young people drunk all over. It's just bad luck but roommates weren't so friendly.

Liked: Overall very well all the staff very friendly and knowledgeable, all very clean, lots of people but organized everything. The suite rooms, clean, heated. Hot showers! Value for money more than excellent! Recommended!

Liked: The 4 person room was nice and the bathrooms were clean.

Disliked: While out on the town, the staff rented out one of our beds to someone else in the middle of the night. When we talked to the manager about this issue, she hung up the phone and then LIED to the staff that we threatened her life! Crazy! They kicked us out on the street and warned us that they would call the police. THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY TRAVELING LIFE! Never have I been so disrespected in my life. The staff forced us into the streets for their mistake, lied about us, threaten us, and gave me probably the worst night of my life.
