 Big rooms which made the stay more comfortable and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

like staying in a hotel. the rooms are great, plus after a long jaunt backpacking you can even wash and dry your own clothes. a real bonus.

It was very centrally located in Vienna. Being able to cook own food meant we did not have to spend as much on eating out in very expensive Vienna.
Only real downside was that towels were not supplied by the Hostel.
