Liked: I stayed in a single room with a big window to a big tree in the back of the hostel. The room looks modern and simple and very cosy. The general cleanliness is good, but the toilets could be a bit more cleaner.I stayed at the 5th floor so there were no problems about the noise. I met some nice people at the reception room, including the sympathy of the staff that works late. I hope next year wi fi will be available as the internet queue was quite ennoying. I was working in Vienna, and not in holidays, and I felt at home at Strawberry Hostel. Thank you all the staff.Catarina (31 years)

Liked: A very nice and sweet receptionist who recommends great restaurants. Close to the metro. Outside looks shabby, but the room we got was an IKEA catalog page. Bathrooms have hot showers and lots of space. Austrians have weird toilets though, but courtesy flushes are helpful. A+++ hostel! Older crowd of people there, and keys must be left at the reception before leaving the hostel. This is a good security measure.

Liked: free wifi was good. location also good, but more than 9 stops from the train station - allow plenty of time to get here if you have a train booked.good Asian restaurant just up the road - the yellow one on the corner.

Liked: The room and bathroom were nice, decent size and clean. Great location near the western station. They dont have a special luggage room so your things are at risk if you leave them on your last day.

Liked: it is very close to the metro station (few mins walk), close to West Station (10 mins walk where we took the bus directly from the airport and walked to the hostel when we first arrived), and you can actally walk to the central area (about 15-20 mins) if you have time.. but might be a bit quiet for a girl to walk alone if it gets late..

Liked: The location is great, really close to the old town and next to the train station. Moreover the twin room where we stayed was completely new, with a private toilet, tv, and minifridge: it was more simmilar to a hotel room than to a hostel one. Apart from that, it was really quiet at night, so we could sleep properly, enjoying a nice view in the morning from the window to the green patio inside the building.I just regret not having stayed there for longer time!

Liked: Location, very helpful staff who speak excellent english, rooms all look recently furnished and the beds are soo comfy!! Kitchens were very large and well equipped also.
