Liked: In a 3bed room there was lots of space, storage and an ensuite. Clean and well composed.

Disliked: Little atmosphere despite the common room

Liked: Over all it was tidy, except inside the rooms. Kitchen was tidy, except for the leftovers that were disgusting.

Disliked: The room was not clean and I had to ask for and change the sheets.

Liked: We stayed at the property for 3 nights and loved every minute, the girl who works in the afternoons until about 12 o'clock at night was extremely friendly and helpful, she told us the best places to visit and they were all great.I will defiantly recommend this hostel to other travelers and will defiantly be staying there next time im in Vienna

Liked: It was good not to have bunks! The bathroom was a delight, so clean and easy to use. The lift was good too instead of dragging luggage up many flights of stairs.

Disliked: Another occupant made a comment about it being a YOUTH hostel. We are in our sixties and I had asked him not to swear.

Liked: Booked a 4 bed dorm but changed to a double as the dorm was tiny. Double room was contained with some fresh modern features and conveniences. Pillows were like a ball of cotton wool in a giant pillow case - non existent! Floor had hair from the previous people. Inconsistent pricing structure (on web and in person). Tried to book for another night and was told to come back in the morning and they would let me know if that was ok.

Disliked: Bad directions to the hostel.

Liked: the facilities, the location and the dorms. Oh and of course the price. But the most important thing is that they have hot girls in the reception. Ha ha.

Liked: big room, bath and shower inside, fridge inside, absolutely new furniture, very helpful staff, good location, and perfect deal in terms of money

Disliked: room was not ready at 2 pm and was promised to be ready at 3pm at latest; though at 3:45pm it still was not lack of any bathroom stuff in the room and no breakfast - those are on the negative side, too

Disliked: I would have expected bedrooms shared between boys and girls as in other hostels. Bathroom not that clean as well.
