it is very close to the metro station (few mins walk), close to West Station (10 mins walk where we took the bus directly from the airport and walked to the hostel when we first arrived), and you can actally walk to the central area (about 15-20 mins) if you have time.. but might be a bit quiet for a girl to walk alone if it gets late..

The location is great, really close to the old town and next to the train station. Moreover the twin room where we stayed was completely new, with a private toilet, tv, and minifridge: it was more simmilar to a hotel room than to a hostel one. Apart from that, it was really quiet at night, so we could sleep properly, enjoying a nice view in the morning from the window to the green patio inside the building.
I just regret not having stayed there for longer time!

Very friendly& helpful staff, clean place, good location, place to store luggage, even to store important items under video survelliance, over all a very satisfactory experience.

Location, very helpful staff who speak excellent english, rooms all look recently furnished and the beds are soo comfy!! Kitchens were very large and well equipped also.

Very helpfull and friendly staff! The rooms were super clean and I felt very comfortable leaving my belongings in the room. Great location - we walked everywhere or could easily get the subway to the far train station.

I had a single room with bathroom included. It was a great place, very clean, 24 hour reception and for what I got - very cheap and good deal. The room was larger than most single rooms in Europe and is relatively new. The location is not right at the center, but it is close to a lot of shopping and the Westbahnhof, so easy transport options. It was quiet in the hostel, so I got a a lot of sleep. Highly recommended!! Two computers with free internet too!

Room was REALLY spacious, comfy and clean - the only downside was that we couldn't access our room when we arrived (in the afternoon) as the cleaners had not finished many rooms. But I guess that gave us more time to spend out and about in Vienna :)

Great location, quiet zone, gorgeous receptionist that allways smiles and give any information you need(only one of the receptionist), hot water instantly any time of the day. Strawberry Youth Hostel is very good choice.

Very good location, and an extremely helpful stuff. I was surprised to find how nicely furnished the rooms were, considering the relatively low price.
