Liked: It's spacious, decent furniture, very clean and excellent location.

Disliked: There is no TV, bathroom is very small and wierd, I would say it's a bit moisty.

Liked: Not far from the city center, u-bahn and tram stops nearby, shops and market. Quiet and rather pleasant inner yard.

Disliked: Nothing special.

Liked: Super clean and spacious. Cooking facilities provided and all in all, fantastic value for money.

Disliked: Unresponsive, the handphone number provided is hardly contactable!

Liked: Good location, easy to get to old city, U-bahn, and to places to buy your own food (Karmelitermarket and Taborstrasse). If visiting in winter the apartment is warm. It's an older apartment and is not fancy but quite adequate.

Disliked: A few dodgy things: the on-switch on the electric jug didn't work properly, and there was a loose electrical wall socket in the living room. TV didn't work either. Also a decent bread knife would be helpful; trying to cut a loaf with a table knife is frustrating.

Liked: Wonderful location and nice and helpful staff! In the room was really warm - heating worked without any problems!

Liked: Great location .... but staff does not speak English.

Disliked: The owner (?) of the apartments does not speak English at all. Consequently communicating about negotiating an extra night stay was frustrating and immensely difficult. It really is an APARTMENT type setting. So for privacy it is nice, but don't expect to meet any people or expect any assistance from the staff regarding local sights or travel tips. There is no front desk, for example.

Liked: Very convenient place to stay. Well equipped kitchen. Its almost like home away from home. Make sure you call the owner well in advance so that one could collect the key for the apartment.

Liked: The little house and its kitchen! And it was good and close to the underground

Disliked: We were on the ground floor which worried me and there was a sign up saying that there was a thief about!

Liked: All the flats are facing an inner garden. The surrounding is quiet and it has cultural diversity. Not far away from the city centre.

Disliked: The biggest problem is that you hardly ever get to see the manager or any staff! There was a problem with the Wi-Fi and we had to discuss the issue via speaker! She told us that she'd informed Telecom Austria et cetera, etc. But in the had to connect to the internet in the tiny wooden cottage in garden. It was cold and it was raining cats and dogs! Unfortunately, McDonald's became our savior...

Liked: This is a basic functional clean apartment, it was close to all the major attractions.

Disliked: The woman who met us, she seemed so stressed and like we were a bother to her. There was no computer available to make onward bookings and its very difficult to find an internet cafe in Vienna. She gave us directions but I still couldn't find it.

Liked: The prize and lokation was o.k.The staff was kind .They need to buy some new pot.

Disliked: The kichenett was'nt very practice.But we could cook as well. The bathroom was clean.but on the wall has mould.

Liked: I booked a single room and got a huge room where 3 people could easily sleep. Double bed and couch. Nice to have a small fridge to keep milk ect. Huge shower. Just love the inner court, really cosy. And free & fast WiFi.

Disliked: I suggest that the shower curtains are washed on a regular basis, otherwise the place was spotless.

Liked: The apartment was just north of the centre and only took around 10 minutes to reach the main tourist attractions and shopping precincts. The apartment itself was nicely furnished and clean.

Disliked: There is no reception and you have to inform the owner of the exact time you arrive. Despite doing this, and texting the appropriate numbers when we arrived, we still had to wait outside (in the rain!) to be let in for an hour and a half before the owner showed up.

Liked: it was an appartment near the centre near the u bahn. the room was big

Disliked: not many information for nearest transportation or supermarket. no reception desk. some noise from the metal entrance door as our room was next to it and we could hear everybody entering the building
