Liked: Proximity to public transport and Old Town.

Disliked: There is only one washing machine for the entire establsihment, which means queing up to do washing..... an extra washing machine wouldn't go astray.

Liked: It's a very well located hostel, and with a very good lounge and common areas for meeting people. The free breakfast included is very good and varied. One of the best hostels I've stayed at.

Disliked: I liked everything here.

Liked: the fact that when i came in late they were still happy to help and made me feel very welcome

Disliked: the last of pillows in the room there needed to be 2 to a bed but there was only 1.

Liked: The best hostel i ever stayed in Europe!!! value for money, good breakfast, clean room~ i will definitely stay here again and recomment to friends

Disliked: no internet connction in room, have wifi service in lobby only, but they do have several computer in lobby for public use~ the staff are no so familiar with local transportation, there is a direct bus to airport, but the staff ask me to go to city center first and change another bus to get to airport.

Liked: Nice & clean

Disliked: Staff poorly organised and a lot of miscommunication between staff on shifts. re: check in and check out times. In all our travels in hostels & guest houses in Europe in the last 2 months this is the worst place for good customer service!

Liked: Friendly, supremely clean, excellent prices, amazing food and great for Altstadt location.

Disliked: Confusing to get from main train station to hostel. Maybe I didn't see it clearly, but info on tram would have been helpful.

Disliked: Charges for locker rental! 2 euros each time to lock it. Very unreasonable.

Liked: Excellent breakfast, free wifi. Pretty good location. Very nice beds.

Disliked: Small rooms (no floorspace), wifi only works in the lobby, which has a severe lack of power outlets for the number of people who potentially need them. Also, as a "family and youth" hostel, there were more kids than I prefer, some quite young. I don't care for having noisy school kids and toddlers around the common areas (though this didn't effect the rooms, as I think families probably weren't mixed with the young adult/backpacker guests).

Liked: best hostel ever stayed in.....wonderful breakfast, as much as you want, great building with laundry, table tennis, snacks, coffee bar, even meals available at lunch and dinner, reasonable, great, great location, right by fortress and old town,free internet, sound of music played every night, , opportunity to meet others, all time best hostel ever

Liked: The cleanliness. The breakfast. The location to the old town. The receptionist Nicole was very helpful and friendly.

Disliked: Perhaps that the dorm rooms were a little cramped. But on a positive very clean, safe and each bed with it's on lamp.

Liked: It was conveniently located and the staff were very helpful in offering advice on where to go. The breakfast was really good too! Overall, I had a very nice stay and would definitely recommend it. Thumbs up!

Disliked: There was no wifi in the room, which was quite annoying. It meant that we had to hang around the lobby whenever we needed to access the internet.

Liked: the big breakfast included, clean toilets and nice shower rooms with hair dryer

Disliked: the room for 8 people where we stayed is quite small if you open your luggage inside the room there will be no more space to walk through

Liked: it has the most welcoming environment. once you arrive, it has a beautiful garden, the staff at the reception are very warm and helpful, eveything is so colorful and spacy. it looks like a hotel, no kidding! the lounge room is very big, it has a café, a gift store, free internet service. i was amazed by the cleaning service as well! and the breakfast... besides being free, it is the biggest buffet ive ever seen in a hostel!!! five star location as well, just a few minutes walking from the city centre.

Liked: THE BEST FREE BREAKFAST EVER!!! eggs, various cereals, various hot drinks, cold meats and cheese, fresh fruit, everything!!! also free internet and the sound of music is shown every night and they have cheap bike hire!!

Disliked: just a warning, its not a backpackers, its massive, basically like a huge hotel but cheap with shared rooms, but still its well worth it however, aviod the blond girl with heavy eye make-up at reception she is rather unfriendly.....

Liked: Good location, good breakfast

Disliked: Very family oriented, not the best for younger backpackers. The dorm room was very small, so there was no room to move around. It also got very stuffy as the window did not open
