Being close to the city and offering a value for money service. I stayed at the guest house and I really liked it. It was clean and convenient.

Very Clean and well run. Helpful staff and the location is fantastic - 2 minute walk to the old town

The breakfast was pretty good. It´s about 30-45 minutes to walk from the train station; the bus takes about 15 minutes. It´s relatively close to the old city and many of those sights. It doesn´t have a particularly friendly or gregarious atmosphere, though.

Decent breakfast included, bar and a TV showing Sound of Music evey night was a nice touch. Showers a bit grotty.

This hostel was overall very good! The range of food at breakfast fast seriously broad, and they had a large range of services available. The only thing I would complain about was the internet - of the four computres normally available, only 2 were working and there didnt seem any attempt to fix them during the 2 days i was there, so there was almost always a long line. Also it cost 3€ for 40 minutes, the browser is odd, and some of the numbers on the keyboard didnt work or needed to be hammered. But seriously other than the internet this place was fantastic and i would reccommend it! It is an easy tram stop from the station and an easy walk to the old part of town.

Hostel was average with poor quality breakfast and improvements could be made in cleanliness and there is only one washing maching for whole hostel. Reception was also very slow. I would not stay there again and there may be something better in Salzburg.

The helpfulness of one reception staff member, a fellow with a small goatie beard on the morning shift. he was really good and left us with a good impression, though I thought that tyhe place lacked a bit of atmosphere.

Mainly the staff was quite nice, the place was under construction so it wasnt the best place to be at the moment but I enjoy it.

The hostel is situated in the city center where we can talk a walk to the city center easily (not only by bus) and the breakfast is very fresh. There are many varieties of food.

The hostel offered everything, from internet to meals.
The travel area helped us book tours and taxis.
We were so relieved to still be able to get a hot pizza from the cafe when we arrived at 11pm!
