Liked: this property was very close to the old town and included breakfast.secure lockers were in some dorms, but others were downstairs which meant a lot of up and down. Great place to meet people, groups and families too.

Liked: rooms clean with big locker. Breakfast good. But not in the centre although very straightforward to go there by bus or walk.

Liked: Very clean & modern. Our private room didn't feel like a hostel at all. Walking distance to the old town but kind-of far from the newer part on the north of the river.

Liked: The hostel was at a great location just a short walk from Nonnberg Abbey and the fortress. The building was nice and there was plenty of seating out in front of the desk. Also, Old Town Salzburg was just about a five-minute walk from the hostel's front doors. One of the things I liked best about the hostel was its free breakfast. They served eggs, pastries, cereal, sandwiches, coffee, and hot chocolate. It was excellent. As an American, it was also great that the staff spoke excellent English and was quite helpful.

Liked: We stayed in a twin room with an ensuite, it was like a hotel room! The floors were a bit sticky and when we asked the cleaner to mop it she refused! But other than that it was really good.

Liked: very clean and nice atmosphere, not really a place for mad partying or anything, but great for sleeping and quite close to the city centre...a little far from the station, but still a doable walk in less than 45 minutes.

Liked: In a five week trip, this is the first hostel that negatively impacted my stay in a city. The staff was totally inattentive and unfriendly. They made me feel guilty asking questions about the city. It's so massive that it's not great for meeting people and it just has a dirty feeling to it. I would skip Salzburg next time if this was the only hostel available.

Liked: The 8-bed rooms are arranged in a good way, so no need to be worried about sharing the room with so many roommates. Bathrooms and toilets are nice.

Liked: One of the main staff was not showing respect to international poeple by neglecting our requests and switching to other people who speak in Germany even we were supposed to be served before them.
