The Amadeus Hotel is a small, traditional and exclusive Hotel, located directly in the historic city center of Salzburg.
The Hotel is in a quiet street, directly in the pedestrian area.

We have wonderful family apartments for up to 6 persons - with 2 separated sleeping rooms.
We serve a great - all you can eat - breakfast buffet in the morning and free afternoon coffee or tea every day.
Most of the sights, such as Getreidegasse, Mozart Museum, Festival halls as well as the Salzburg’s Congress Center are easy to reach within a few minutes walking distance.
The fairgrounds are about 10 minutes car ride away.

Salzburg, the city of Mozart, lies at the foot of the Alps, close to the German border. Minotel Amadeus is located in a typical old town building on Linzergasse, near Mirabellgarten (Mirabell Gardens).
Arrival by car :
From all directions
Arrival via highway A1, exit no. 288 Salzburg-Nord. Then follow the arrows Hotel Route rot (red) until the signs for Hotel Amadeus guide you further on. You can leave your car at Parking Linzergasse that is about 200 m from the hotel away.
Arrival by train :
Salzburg main station is well linked to Italy, Germany and Switzerland.
We advise you to take a taxi at the station.
Nevertheless, it is possible to continue by public transport, should you be on a tight budget. Take bus no. 1, 2, 3, 5 or 6 until Mirabellplatz (3 stops) and change to bus no. 4 in the direction of Langwied until Hofwirt (1 stop). The hotel is now 200 m away.
Arrival by airplane :
Many regular and charter flights from various European capitals connect to Salzburg-W.A.Mozart Airport. A taxi to the hotel costs about 15 Euro.
You may also take bus no. 2 until Mirabellplatz. It leaves about every 10 minutes and the journey takes 25 minutes (2 Euro). Then take bus no. 4 in the direction of Langwied until Hofwirt (1 stop). The hotel is now 200 m away.
