 The rooms were very clean. Cleaned every morning. The food in the hotel was second to none. The beer was great and the staff were nice and helpful. If i was going back to salzberg I would stay back in this hotel.

It was definately a hotel and not a hostel! We were charged a higher rate than was quoted on this site when we arrived at the hotel. (this misunderstanding was the fault of hostelbookers not the hotel and the understanding concierge cut us a deal.) Our stay was still enjoyable, but be prepared to pay for it.
