 Well located. Staff were very helpful and speak English. Rooms were nice and warm on a cold rainy Austrian day.

staff were always available 24/7 and were extremely friendly and courteous and it is a nice relaxing place to stay in the hustle and bustle of backpacking

this hostel is very clean and friendly. looks more like a hotel. staff were really friendly too.

It is quite near to the town center and it is well communicated by public transport (train and bus).

Clean, quiet, free internet access (though only one computer was working right), breakfast in the morning was cheap, free brocheures in the lobby helped to figure out what to do with my time in Salzburg

Very clean, the staff were fantastic, really nice and healpful, and a fantastic location. Not too far from the train station, and an easy stroll into the old town. The beds also were not bunks, and very comfortable!
