 Everything! Nicely decorated room, good facilities, very friendly and helpful staff.

It is a bit far from the action in Innsbruck, but then again innsbruck is a sleepy sort of place. The staff were great and helpful. Being a hotel and not a hostel it lacks that party sort of atmosphere but everything else is great value; breakfast included.

Superb place to stay in Innsbruck.Prime Location with no parking problem at all.Ample free parking space around the hotel.Very good breakfast.

The rooms were clean and spacious. It had a modern feel to it and felt more like a hotel than hostel. The nearest tram/bus stop was 5 minutes away from the hotel.
Re the question of promotion, I selected no, but I didn't pay much attention to that leaflets and info in reception.

Free Internet was handy, the rooms were nice and comfortable. The location means that this hostel is really only suitable for people not arriving by tram. See below.

nice light modern rooms and bathrooms, easy trip to city centre, nice views fromsome rooms. Beware that if you want breakfast, it is cheaper to book the room through their website directly as it is not included in the hostelbookers price.

Excellent view from our window. Big dog that walked around the place. Free internet while drinking at the bar. Walking distance from the center of town.

really lovely family-run hotel - the staff were awesome and they had a massive dog who strolled around like he owned the place. what more could anyone want for christ's sake

The price is very affordable. The room is a standard room with standard facility but at a cheap price compare to other hotels that I check.
