Liked: The staff was very friendly and changed the sheets immediately when asked.

Disliked: Location and cooking possibilities. Also the lack of stockets was a bad thing. (Only one in a 8 person dorm!)

Liked: Nice big room, lovely views. Short walk to city centre.

Disliked: The bed was a bit saggy and there were no kitchen facilities.

Liked: The views are stunning and it doesn't take long to reach from the old town- but not for you if you don't like steps :)

Disliked: Bathroom/toilet facilities not that clean.

Liked: The room was really cosey and clean. The hotel is located at a great location and the owner is friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

Liked: It was very warm and the things got dried very fast

Liked: Cute little historic house, next to castle on opposite side of river with a great view of mountains and city. Owner and staff are very pleasant.

Disliked: No wifi. No check in till 5:00 pm, Really unpleasant people staying there -- seemed to be living there -- like transients??? Drunk noisy people dirtied up the bathrooms late at night, so all in all, it wasn't a good time. I'd look for something else next time.

Liked: A relatively cheap place to stay close to the center and a little uphills, so with a good view. A honest and acceptable choice if you want something for just a bath and a sleep.

Disliked: It was not the frendliest place I have ever been, and that's in everything. From the owners that were very typical and distanced, (they even required for me to return before ten so to hand them the key because I was having an early train) from the bathroom that they didn't even care to buy a cheap creamsoap, and the place that looks old but not only in a good way....Have in mind that this is just a hostel to spend the night and it is not a place to sit there even for half an hour...

Liked: You have to bear in mind, that this is the cheapest accomodation in Innsbruck and therefore it's far from being perfect. If your are staying just for some night or two i would recomend it, because it's cheap and it's very close to the city (just 10 to 15 min walk in old city center).

Disliked: well...it's not five stars, but the linen was clean! I was staying in attic and there was a mousetrap on the flor right where my head was. :)

Liked: The room was a good size, but bathrooms were lacking.

Disliked: There was only one bathroom, which was annoying in the morning. The bathroom was also really hard to find when the big hallway door is open...it hides the bathroom! No breakfast and a hike up/down the hill to get anywhere unless you take the bus which doesn't run super frequently. There wasn't free wifi...lame!

Liked: cozey...nice garden....close to town....close to mountain lift....awesome lift

Disliked: no breakfast, fine for family, but nothing really for young people to meet

Liked: -wooden stuffs

Disliked: -internet ridiculously expensive -no laundry -not enough space for 8 people(if everybody has a big luggage is problematic to stay in - not worth the money

Liked: Beautiful building. Great people staying in my room.

Disliked: No lockers to safely lock up my belongings. The front door was NEVER locked. The combination of these two means that anyone could walk into the hostel at any time and take whatever they find. Also, soap wasn't provided in the washroom which I found disturbing.

Liked: Was very easy to find. Within walking distance to the centre of town although a bus is probably necessary to get to the station. The room (a double) was very big and had an ensuite. Towels were provided and the beds were made. However the bed was just two singles

Liked: The owners were lovely and very knowledgable.

Disliked: Limited facilities ie no security for the room beyond entry to the building ie anyone can move between all rooms, there are no lockers, no laundry, no kitchen, no towels, not enough showers/toilets, checkout is too early!
