 Location was ok. Instructions of getting to hostel were easy.

it was so nice, clean and friendly, you felt wery welcomed. not exacly in the centre, but a short walk and then you are there.

well within walking distance of the centre. Very nice rooms with wooden beams, towels for guests, comfortable beds and there was even a television in our room although not in another. This is more of a hotel though and at the price we paid in comparison to the price for other hostels we deserved a hotel. All in all a great place to spend some time.

quiet place. no lockers. a bit confusing when you enter for the first time. good place to stay if you are on a budget but a bit flexible

Near by the Inn and the centrum of city and the Alpin Zoo. With Insbrucke Card it is great.

It was very clean. Staff was very friendly and we could easily communicate in english with the lady from hostel. The hostel is only 10-15 minutes walking from Altstadt and Alpenzoo is near too.

its close to the alpen zoo.. but other than that, pretty far from the city, laundromat, and internet.. the bathroom was also tiny as hell. oh and the guy that checked us in was definitely not friendly.

Great hostel in a great area, Just a couple of minutes walk to the centre.
Not a lot wrong with this place, very strongly recommended.

It was nice in the private room with a bath, in the dorm room it was less nice for obvious reasons - like anything - you pay for what you get. It was clean and Traudl was very very nice. It was closer to the mountains which was a plus, but it was farther from the city center (for us also a plus).

The rooms were good size, nice rustic character and beds comfy. The lady at the reception was lovely. The place was in a nice, quiet location close to the Zoo, internet and shops and was good value for money. Shower was always hot.

the room was beautiful, hardwood floors and good windows and light and views. but the bathroom stunk so badly! all they have to do is clean it once a week. is that so hard?

its location. it wasnt only close to innsbruck´s main attractions, it also had an amazing view on the mountains and the city. it was quite an axperience having stayed in a typical austrian house such as this hostel

Very good location to go on alpine walks from. Very atmospheric rooms - Ours had 6 beams meeting in the middle of the room.

Staff was really friendly, but the hostel was empty so I could not meet too much people. However, it is located 5minutes to the city center and looks like good to enjoy in winter or summer if you are looking for rest after skiing.

I was the only person staying in the whole entire place, so not so easy to meet people, but the location was great, helpful staff, and I would recommend this place again, just when people were actually there!

It had a really cute old-timey cottage feel and was a relaxing, comforting, and refreshing change from the "go, go, go" feeling a lot of other hostels give when they are right in the middle of a city.
