The location was brilliant, the staff were friendly and the views from here were gorgeous. I only shared with one other person.

It was a very clean and well-kept hostel. The was never a problem with the noise level.

It's a cute old castle and the rooms are done nicely. Bit far from town, maybe 15 min walk but even that is bearable.

The rooms were amazing! Very well kept during our stay. The staff was fantastic, extremely helpful in planning our stay in Zermatt and finding what we needed during the stay in Zermatt. The included breakfast was a welcome sight every morning, we sorely missed it during the rest of our trip!

Owned by a very sweet little lady :) Nice house, except it gets very chilly in the evenings. No keys. Easy to reach from the railway station, near the center area. Hostel is a short walking distance from the Alpine Zoo from where you can take a trail up to the mountain to Hungerburg (30 min walk) which is the starting point of the cable car that takes you on the mountains and also the Alpine Zoo has the bus stop for the Sightseer (http://www.sightseer.at/sightseerflash.html) which will take you for example to the Schloss Ambras. I liked it a lot!
