Liked: The building is very nice with exposed beams and large rooms. Location is good, close to the center but also quiet. The receptionist staid on a Saturday night up to 10:00 PM waiting for us to come, whereas he was supposed to close at 7:30: much appreciated. Very good value for money. Map of the city available there.

Disliked: Check out is early (9:00 AM), no breakfast

Liked: Nice old house, the owner doesn't bother you with unnecessary paperwork

Disliked: No lockers, they charge for wi-fi, no sink in the toilet to wash your hands

Liked: The people that a meet in my room

Disliked: The bathroom wasnt really clean and smell weird.. The owner wasnt really nice, she dont help us really after the check out... Like we can go to the bathroom... these no luggage room and it was hard to leave our bag at the hostel.

Liked: Nice atmosphere and character. Good value for money but no breakfast which would have been good. Lots of leaflets available.

Disliked: Location was a wee bit too far from train station although it was near enough to the centre of Innsbruck. Was difficult to contact a member of staff as reception was never open and no one came when you rang the bell.

Disliked: no lockers available and they dont lock the main door, only 1 shower/toilet per floor, no kithcen, no lounge area/chill out area etc

Liked: I really liked this property it was a quaint small hostel/b n b good location nice staff, fairly safe and super cheap. We (3 girls) had originally booked in for a 6 bed dorm got there and the lady obviously had a four bed dorm free and only charged us an extra euro each to upgrade so that was lovely. There was good security in terms of getting in and out of the building and we also had a key for our door. It was clean and tidy, i'd definatly reccomend this if you are looking for a relaxing stay in Innsbruck.

Disliked: There wasnt lockers in the 4 bedroom not sure if its the same for the rest of the rooms. The wifi wasnt very good and quite expensive (but your in Innsbruck you should be enjoying the alps!).

Disliked: The staff, 9h00 am checkout, 7h30 am opening of reception, no kitchen, no laundry, no wifi...

Liked: Despite some other comments about the location, I thought it was a reasonable distance from the city center, just about a ten minute walk (don't worry about the bus). The rooms are cute and the staff are friendly, but I was not blown away.

Disliked: Quiet, except for the very loud bells from the chirch nextdoor.

Liked: Thw view from the window was absolutelly beautiful, the shower and the beds were ok.

Disliked: the internet didn't work in the roons, neighter in the living room. And they don't have kitchen for the guests to use.

Liked: it was cheap and the locations ist not so bad

Disliked: the woman at the reception ist not friendly....we couldnt lock our romm because we didnt become keys...i stayed at an 8 dorm room but still in other hostel u get a key from your room... the room and bathromm were clean though

Liked: cleanliness location (thanks to innsbruck was so small city)

Disliked: no kitchen no one on the reception desk (whenever i search for her) shower had to be taken in seated position (right under the roof) no roommates in the second night (even i stayed in the dorm)

Liked: This is the only cheap place to stay in Innsbruck. was quite clean, no lockout.

Disliked: very very basic. it's just bed and 24h hot showers - nothing else. no breakfast, no lockers, inet just wifi for 1 euro/ 30min, stuff not very helpfull

Liked: The Hostess was very friendly. Looked after us as if we were her own. We are very happy we were able to stay at this property. Room was very nice.

Disliked: Bed squeaked. A short distance from city center but bus was efficient

Liked: Convenient - a short walk both to the city centre / old town and mountain trails to the north - the owner was very pleasant and accommodating, and the rooms were clean and comfortable
