The staff were fantastic, Bus advice would have been helpful though because the bus leaves from the Innsbruck train station and stops next to the hostel which would have been great to know in advance. Amazing scenery, relaxing environment, thanksgiving festival / Oktoberfest without the tourists in the town of Patsch and great food. It's a 3 star hotel with a feel of a ski lodge. Good if you want to splurge a little.	90%
