Liked: I liked everything! :) Youth & Family Guesthouse Graz is more than a hostel, it's a great place for young people who want to explore the city, it's close to the city centre ( connestions are excellent ), staff are friendly, everything is clean and tidy, breakfast is very nice with wide choice of dishes available. My two friends and I spent just one night in this hostel, but we were pleasantly surprised with its offer and would like to come again one day. :)

Disliked: There wasn't always hot water when showering.

Liked: Perfect location for me, very solid breakfast for the price.

Disliked: There was heavy smell of some chemicals (cleaning detrgent) in the room.

Liked: I spent there just one night but I liked really friendly staff and the facilities. Everything was cleans and it's a good value for the money.

Disliked: I would like to have WI-FI access in room or at least more simple way to connect to the internet.

Liked: The value for money is very good, breakfast included, internet free. All very clean and quiet at bedtime, the staff very friendly too

Liked: Hostel overall is nice enough. 8 bed dorm was clean, bed was comfortable and the bathrooms were were well maintained. Breakfast was excellent. Very easy to walk to from the train station even with your packs but I wouldnt recommend solo travellers to walk alone late at night.

Disliked: Hostels cannot be responisble for snoring, loud or annoying people in the room. However, when there is a metally questionable "homeless guy" who parks his supermaket trolley complete with rubbish he has collected for recycling in the middle of the room I think that is something the hostel can control. I am a little bit older and can look after myself, but I don´t think it is fair that young travellers should have to face this situation in a hostel.

Liked: The rooms were reasonable size and then were plenty of facilities available. The staff were helpful and the place very well ran.

Disliked: There wasn't always hot water when showering. I wasn't fantastically comfortable with the location - the walk was an ok distance but it's not one that I would want to do after dark on my own. This made things a little restrictive and the evenings a little quiet - that said, the free wifi was good entertainment!

Liked: Quiet, very clean and close to the train-station. Friendly staff and a very good breakfast. Would def stay again.

Disliked: No wash-bin in the toilet. Shower and toilet are two separate rooms.

Liked: This hostel was great value for money, excellent breakfast, clean rooms, we were upgraded to a private for no extra cost. Staff were so friendly and helpful.

Disliked: Its not a great place for backpackers to meet others, there's a bit of a hotel feel to it.
