Liked: The hostel is in a really old building with a history, it has loads of character! The facilities were everything you need... a big kitchen, common room with internet and tv, washing facilities etc. I don't know what the dorms are like but we were in a twin room which was absolutely tiny and a little damp, but it was good for the price. The hostel is about 15 minutes walk from the train station and 20 minutes into town, but they have buses running outside if you don't fancy walking

Liked: I liked the actual building and the fact that it has a history. The staff were very friendly and helpful. For us, Feldkirch was a much needed break in a busy and tightly scheduled trip, but I can guess that some people might find it boring because of the lack of nightlife. For me it was a relaxing couple of days hanging out in the old section of town writing postcards, and hiking up the hill to the lookout cliffs above town.

Liked: again, location was the key, plus the atmosphere. You can't get any closer to Lichtenstein (which was our goal) and "live" the local life.
