Welcome to our apartments in Austria. Our self catering apartments are in a quiet residential area. There are great walks and cycle routes right from the house and easy access to excellent skiing in winter.

We are just 10 -15 minutes easy walk from the center of the town. Bad Ischl has a good range of shops, plenty of excellent, well priced places to eat and a first class thermal spa -the Eurotherme.

Our apartments are not just a base for your holiday; they are a "home away from home". Apartments are comfortably furnished and have central heating.
We are always around to help you get the most from your time here.
Continental breakfast is available and is served in the comfort and privacy of your own apartment. Price €7,50 per person per day

Apartments 2, 3, 4 &5 have a bedroom with large double bed and 2 single sofa beds in the living room.Apartment 1 has a double bed and an additional folding bed.
Apartments 1, 2 and 4 have a balcony with lovely mountain views.
Apartments 3 & 5 do not have a balcony. Apartment 3 has restricted view
Apartments 4 & 5 have a bathroom; all other apartments have a shower room.
Maximum occupancy includes children and babies of all ages

Location Information

We are located just a short walk from the center of the historic town of Bad Ischl. Visit the Kaiservilla and Lehar Villa in the town, or have coffee and cakes at Zauner's Konditorei. Take the cable car up the Katrinalm to ski in winter or to enjoy panoramic views across to the Dachstein Mountains at any time of year. In summer the town comes alive with music with free concerts on most days between May and September and the renowned Lehar Festival in July and August.

Bad Ischl is just a short drive from many places of interest like Lake Wolfgang and the pretty lakeside villages of St Wolfgang and St Gilgen. Explore the UNESCO World Heritage village of Hallstatt. Take a trip to the Ice caves above Obertraun. Enjoy the peace and solitude in the alpine valley at Gosau. Spend a day shopping and sightseeing in the city of Salzburg.

This area is excellent for walking and cycling, and there are miles of marked paths and cycle tracks in the region, some start right outside the door. In winter there is skiing on the Katrinalm and at the nearby resorts of Dachstein West, Krippenstein, Postalm and Loser.
