Liked: Cleanliness and I got no problem in the hostel and everystaff is very helpful

Liked: it is VERY clean...the rooms are cleaned everyday (which on the other hand can be a little annoying if you want to have a lay in but cleaners are popping in and out)! and the general place is kept very well...the rooms are also quite newly furbished and big if you have an ensuite.

Liked: it was good value for money and the rooms were all clean and fresh and there was lounges to hand out in and a nice top open floor.

Liked: it is quite a cosmopolitan environment here. with people of different nationality speaking different languages, the staff always ready to help, the job advert helping people to look for jobs in order to make money while spending their holiday. for me this hostel is one of the best around.

Liked: the BBQ at saturday night, it is a good chance to meet new friends there, the environment is quite good, people can walk to the femous sightseeing places. wonderful!

Liked: You made us feel very welcome and created an excellent atmosphere for everyone. The facilities and cleanliness of the hostel were excellent and after staying with you and continued our travelling to other backpacker the other hostels didnt match up to your standards in fact we reccommended other backpackers who were travelling to Sydney to stay at your hostel. We have intentions to return to Sydney at a future date and will definately stay with you. 10 out of 10 keep it up. May I add our only dissappointment, which was with our return to the airport. We had two return tickets to the airport which was booked with you the previous night to pick us up at 10.15 however we were left stranded after wating nearly an hour. After speaking to someone at reception we were advised to take a train to the airport but this would mean us losing our flight so we were forced to pay a taxi to the airport which cost us $38.00 which in total (including our return tickets) cost us $70.00 which was a big chunk out of our budget. We are not blaming you but we would have appreciated more support from the front desk with our dilemma.
