Liked: The Hostel, the painting at the walls , the size of the rooms for all people, but I think the female rooms are too small for 4 woman.

Liked: The hostel was more like a hotel, excellent value for money and it's so close to the beach, pub shops & next door is a great bakery where you can get a fantastic flat white to take away. I only stayed 1 night as a stop over but i have rebooked 3 nights for when i leave Australia

Liked: The location was so nice. It was laid back & right next to the beach, with few little shops that had the stuff in you needed, little cinema & a few nice restaurants. But if you wanted to get into the City it was easy, by bus straight there took 40minutes, easily done.Has a lovely refreshing pool there, bikes/surf boards to hire FOR FREE, nice big kitchen & dining area, TV room & gaming room to. Nice place to stay : )

Liked: close proximity to the beaches as well as the facilities offered at the beach house.Use of pool, games rooms and only around the corner to buy essentials or eat out.

Liked: Loved this hostel - booked for a week and ended up staying for two! Met tons of really friendly people - it is very sociable in the evenings and everyone gets together in the common room and then decamps for the beach! Quite a boozy experience all told...

Liked: The Sydney Beachouse is by far the best hostel i have stayed in in Australia. Very clean and is in the best location. Dead easy to get to the City so i had the best of both worlds. The entertainment each night is awesome and the staff great. Coming back for sure. Was gutted to leave to be honest. All in all FUN FUN FUN!!!!! Cheers Team x

Liked: Good place, sadly we never really got to see the best of it because we visited in the winter and it is way too cold to take on their free services such as surf boards and bikes etc.NIce enough staff, and Collaroy itself is a nice town, but everything seems to close about 7pm, so we found we had to travel to other nearby suburbs of Manly and Sydney City to find things to occupy us.

Liked: Right on the bustop across from the beach, bright and clean like most YHA's. All things are free to use like surfboards, bicycles and night entertainment put on by staff. Area is stunning and staff really friendly and helpful. I'd recommend this one over Manly or Bondi hostels.

Liked: The friendliness and helpfulness of staff was brilliant- great atmosphere in hostel would definately recommend this hostel and come back! Drew Scott and Tony were excellent thanks guys for making our stay as fun as it was!!
