Not for those that wish to be in the mioddle of things, but for us the location was perfect as we wanted to really chill out after travelling a lot around OZ.The Nothern beaches are really beautiful and the hostel has free bike hire so a great way to get around. Good value for money and clean.

Very clean, and very quiet. YHA seems to be the Best Western of Hostels. Not a great hostel for meeting people, but we only stayed a few nights. If you're looking for a clean and quiet hostel, this is the place.

Free bikes. Massive kitchen and cages in the fridge for your food. Plenty going on every night and the staff were so helpful. The hostel is literally opposite the bus stop so no hassle coming from Sydney Central.

Everything was immaculate and seemed "new and Fresh". The place was huge with loads of facilities. There were seperate bathrooms for male and females on every floor and each had a seperate shower room with cubacles.

swimming pool, BBQ, great kitchen with all appliances, clean, borrow bikes for free, internet, lovely shower, beautiful views, very friendly staff, convenience stores nearby, close to the beach, ping pong, pools, huge lounges.

Clean, quite, borrow bikes, surf boards etc. Location next to a lovely quite beach with lots of eating on the doorstep. Good facilities, great Cafe attached for all your breakfast needs!
