- Bookings from April 1st to September 30th (Winter Season): 48 hours cancellation notice or charged for the first night.
- Bookings from October 1st to November 30th (Shoulder Season): 14 days cancellation notice or charged for the first night.
- Bookings from December 1st to March 31st (High Season): no cancellations allowed (the full amount for the stay will be charged if the booking is canceled).

Bookings for 1st October to 30th November require 14 days cancellation notice or you will be charged for the first night. Cancellations for bookings 1 December to 31st March will be charged the full amount of your stay. No check-in or check-out on 25 December or 1 January.
