Disliked: eveything, almost everything It was awful environment very dirty; the door lock was out of order. Not safe and secure when you sleep at night. Not well look after, not good facilities, most of them out of order, broken or old. Every 50 rooms (or more) have only 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets!!! No hand washes liquid in the rest room….scary!!! thanks god I was not in a kind trip need to staying more in the hostel. I was out from 7AM to 11PM not to suffer more about my choice.

Liked: Cheap. Close to Central Station and decent places to eat. 24 hour reception (useful as I was arriving late and leaving early). Availability of single rooms. Reception staff varied from friendly to cursory (depends on the traveller that you get).

Disliked: It is run down, dirty, smelly, and noisy (street noise and parties in others rooms). People left dirty saucepans and plates in the corridor overnight. The mens bathrooms were generally quite disgusting with toilet paper strewn over the floor whenever I used them, they smelt awful, the showers barely worked. There were parts of my room where the accumulated dust was millimetres thick, the carpet was filthy, the mattresses and pillows just awful.

Disliked: VERY UNHAPPY with this hostel. Shortened my stay. It is SLIGHTY cheaper than some other hostels, but I would much rather pay a few dolllars (or even a lot) to stay at a better hostel! Hostel very old and rundown. "Luggage" room is more of a dirty basement with garbage all over the place, also not locked all the time. Rooms horrible! - Dirty, no card key locks (staff open doors without knocking), beds feel like they are going to collapse and sound even worse, no aircon, no cuirtains, rooms smell. Bathrooms - dirty, showers water runs veeeery slow (rinsing your hair will take some time!), smells of urine. I didnt see bathrooms or rooms be cleaned once! Laundry costs $8 (washer and dryer) not sure if my washing got cleaner or dirtier! Kitchen - after seeing this I didnt even step foot into the kitchen. If you want to stay in a dirty, old, rundown, rude, crummy hostel and ruin your stay in this beautiful city. this place is for you!

Disliked: Loud, not very clean. The dorm was a complete pig sty!!!!! Nowhere near enough showers or toilet

Liked: Nothing!

Disliked: It is seriously overpriced. We had to clean our own room and make our own bed on arrival. The sheets were filthy. The toilet and shower facilities were worse than a dodgy nightclub in thailand - they looked as though they hadn't been cleaned in years. The rooms are sweaty with fans that blow less air than a mouse blowing out a birthday candle!

Liked: my room was very private and comfortable enough for what I needed out of it, which was just a place to sleep for a few hours.

Disliked: before our rooms were ready we were offered a place to put our bags, this turned out to be a room filled with dozens of bags and the door was not locked after the last person had used it.

Liked: The location is very convenient.

Disliked: I was offered an upper bed without a ladder. The side of the bed that I can use to climb on it is straight next to the window that is a serious risk for my safety. The mattress is very old that I can feel the metal on my body. No ventilation in which the property smells. Insects can be seen travelling around.
