 Fridge and TV in the double rooms.

It's new and pleasant to stay, environment is quiet, it's around 15-20 mins by train from Sydney Central. Stanmore station is within walking distance, there's a supermarket and a liquor shops with good wine and beer! It's also very near Sydney airport.

This is a good hostel for anyone who is looking for a quiet, out of the way place to stay.

The building has character and is located in a quiet area. Although it is not in the city centre, it is a 3 minute walk to the train station and you can reach the city centre within 10 minutes.
It is clean, in a quiet location, safe, very friendly and hard-working staff.

Very peaceful suburban setting. Close to a main line rail station with fast, frequent service to downtown. Good for solo travellers who just need a decent place to sleep without the fuss and noise of the city centre.

Clean room, really helpful, friendly staff, nice quiet area but just a short walk to more lively areas and a train station at the end of the road. I had such a good time, just wish I could have stayed longer.

Good location for ease of access by train to Sydney centre. Double rooms are separate from Dorms, each has a fridge which was great. Rooms can be hot as there's no easy way of cooling them down, but nice and clean freshly painted and clean towels

It was what it advertised. The management kept the noise manageable and there was ample time and opportunity to mingle if you chose to. The staff was friendly and readily available if help was needed.

Really nice staff, they were friendly and helpful. Nice atmosphere. Very clean place, nice and quiet. We felt like home. Would stay in this lodge again if ever we needed accomodation in Sydney. Excellent location to relax after a long trip. Good value. Thank you!

Cambridge Lodge is in a quiet neighborhood but short walking distance to Newtown and a quick train ride into town. I recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient location and a livable hostel for longer stays in Sydney.
