HOSTEL FEATURES
Your dorm sleeps 6, 8, 10 or 12 - all bed linen provided - so whether you are traveling solo or with your mates, there’s always someone to go out with or show you around. Every dorm has air-conditioning, plus a fridge. Most have en suite bathrooms. Female only rooms with en suite bathrooms provide an extra bit of privacy.

The large common room is well equipped for your comfort. Hang out in the lounge and chat with new friends or relax with a movie on our large screen TV with Foxtel/Cable. Cook a meal in our modern kitchen, and use our in house laundry room to wash & dry your clothes. We take guest Security and safety seriously. Key access to the building and long reception hours provides security for guest access 24 hours a day.

Check in
International Passport required on check in (ID cards and licenses not accepted).
$20 cash security deposit for each guest at check in.
All nights must be paid in full at check in.

Late Arrival:
If arriving between 9pm and 6:30am please let us know beforehand and once at the hostel free call our night manager, who will let you in and check you in. Please have a 20 dollar cash key deposit on arrival.

Location Information

Brado's is located on the main strip of Kings Cross' famous bar, night club and red light district.
The hostel address is 34-36A Darlinghurst Road, Potts Point (Kings Cross) NSW 2011.
Our entrance is located next to the money exchange on Roslyn Street, just around the corner off Darlinghurst Road.

Right in the heart of all the action, 1 minute walk to trains, buses, supermarkets, banks and some of the best pubs and clubs in Sydney.
Walking distance to the City, Sydney Opera House, Sydney Harbour Bridge and Circular Quay for the Ferry to the famous Manly Beach or a short bus ride to the very famous Bondi Beach.

Facing the big Coca-Cola sign at William St turn to your left and head into the heart of Kings Cross, depending on which side of the street you are on continue until you reach the pedestrian (Zebra) crossing, if you are standing outside the kebab shop turn right down Rosalyn St and about 20m you are at our front door, otherwise if you are standing near "the Sugar Mill" bar cross the crossing and continue straight ahead 20m to our front door. Head up the stairs to reception where we'll get you checked in and in your room so you can head out and explore Sydney.


From the Fountain: - Oz Experience and other tour operator drop off location

Oz Experience and some other tour companies offer a Kings Cross drop off at the fountain, ask your driver or reservations when you book.

From the Fountain you need to walk down Darlinghurst Road approximately 100m with the fountain to your back, when you reach the Empire Hotel you are almost there, the empire is located opposite our entrance on Rosalyn Street. If you reach the bar "Sugar Mill you've almost gone to far, cross at the pedestrian crossing and go straight ahead 20m to our entrance.
