Liked: The staff was very helpful and friendly. This was a very central location close to darling harbor, circular quai, shopping on george st. and pretty close to central station (about a 3-5 minute walk) The only problem was with large luggage, there was no lift. But on the positive side there were always people willing to help you carry your bags up the stairs!

Liked: I loved how I was provided 2 towels when staying in the private room. There's lockers in the room. A lot of kitchen utilities and a place to sit outside. I loved how quiet the place was too. Great especially after a 20 hour flight to Sydney. It was just around the corner from Central Station! Just a walk away to everything.

Liked: I liked the staff, they were very accomodating and efficient. There was great free breakfast, an outdoor area and Fox Sports. If you want to watch the Footy, ideal! Close to many different things. Free locker + key for your stay. Not bad.
