Liked: LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! It is really central, so it's good for the hub of Sydney. All the stuff we wanted to do was within in walking distance.Our room (16) had an awesome view of George Street.Breakfast, although basic, was satisfactory - you can't beat free food!

Disliked: The toilets were not clean, especially first thing in the mornings. They really should get cleaned of a night and in the day.

Liked: Great location, walking distance to darling harbour, central station, and even walking distance to the Rocks/circular Quay (half hour walk). Also lots of fun bars and cheap places to eat nearby.

Disliked: It was basic, on George street so you get the traffic noise at night but otherwise good.

Liked: Cheap, Lockers in Rooms, Free Internet but ONLY One computer, Free Breakfast but not my taste, good location

Disliked: Bathrooms not clean. no lift and it had a lot of stairs to go up.

Liked: kitchen had an oven!!! free breakfast plus quite small hostel, not too busy even when full.

Disliked: Bedrooms were hot and quite noisy at night.

Disliked: No atmosphere at all, toilets didn't flush properly so they were really nasty.

Liked: It was great value for Sydney we booked a few extra nights here. Its got what you need although a bigger kitchen/commumal area would be great here.

Liked: Friendly, relaxed atmosphere.

Disliked: You arn't allowed to bring alcohol into the building, which meant we were heading out quite early every night. There were cheap-ish drinks in the bar downstairs to make up for this but it limited socialising with others staying at the hostel.

Liked: location, wi-fi, free breakfast y cleaness.

Disliked: to much restrictions. You can´t have a beer or have a friendly drink in anyplace inside the hostel.

Liked: Location is very good. Near to City Market, Restaurants, Chemist, convenient store, all daily needs can be found around hostel. and its in george street. Many busses pass by. you have 555 free bus if you want to go to circular quay and opera house. If you only need the room for night rest, this is very suitable for you. good location, quiet enough to have good sleep.

Disliked: bathroom is small. a bit hard to use for big-sized person. toilets is limited to 2 only per level for more than 20 people. you'll have to queue in the morning to use it.

Liked: Value for money with free internet, breakfast and linen. The location is so central and really convenient.

Liked: The property is in excellent location in the city - very accessible to all of the major attraction in Sydney. The staff are friendly and the property, including the rooms are cleaned daily!

Liked: The receptionist was nice, hostel was easy to spot however the door to enter wasn't as it had a different name above it, narrow staircase, very poor internet facility, not many toilets, breakfast is toast or cornflakes and on your toast you can have peanut butter, jam or apricot jam!! Guests were 90% asian and the ones in my room spoke almost no English so not fun at all.

Liked: A Great quiet place to stay if you don't want to be in a "party" hostel. Staff were very friendly and the place was always clean!

Liked: Good cheap place to crash in for a few nights. Not good for socializing. Good for people who want a good night sleep and cheap accommodation, while exploring Sydney. If you want to get drunk go to Wake Up.

Liked: I have a few interesting and fun roommates, which make my stays in this hotel a memorable one. The location could be counts as both good and bad, it is very convenient and everywhere is accessible on foot or with train. However the area is a bit dodgy, you will get drunk people roaming around the streets in the middle of the night, and men asking you for sexual service. I almost felt like I was in Kingcross. In general this is a fairly nice place to stay. Nothing too fancy, pick this place if you don't need anything but the basic. Do not expect super friendly staff or cool people around.
