Liked: Great location, right in between two major train station in the CBD, really friendly staff on reception and free WiFi. The places looks like it has been freshly painted making it seem really warm and welcoming, love the colour scheme picked, my room had a yellow feature wall.

Disliked: Daisy left no negative feedback.

Liked: The free Wi-Fi is a must for any backpacker - few hostels in Sydney offer this service, which pretty much made up my mind for me! The rooms and kitchen have recently been painted, which really adds to the warm atmosphere of the place. The staff seem genuinely interested in you as a person, not just another number to check in, which is great! The common room is comfortable and spacious, not to mention the seriously cheap bar on the first level. Can't go wrong with $3 drinks!

Disliked: That I couldn't stay longer!

Liked: Good location. Beds were clean.

Disliked: Room of 18 beds smelled like beer, carpet was wet. Bed was clean though.Good value for money if you just need a place to stay. The hostel also has two bars so it's probably a good time on that note.

Liked: I had fun here. Location was actually pretty perfect. Theres the shopping centre across the road and didn't realise it but the bar downstairs was the cheapest bar I came across in Sydney. All in all had a really good time. cheers :)

Liked: Superb location, new bathroom, lively bar below with cheap drinks

Disliked: Kitchen in very poor condition, awful selection of cutlery/ crockery and equipment, 2 toilets for 24 people on our floor, no communal area after bar open.

Liked: centrally located, proximous to my businesses and errands, plenty of eateries downstairs, has a lift (elevator), hot-cold shower, spacious kitchen

Disliked: Guests are so untidy, guest's receiving non-guests in dorm rooms partying till midnight, traffic noise, no aircon nor fan, there were couples snogging oblivious to other dorm mates, I've been bitten by mosquitoes

Liked: Great location, big rooms, bar in the same building but we could not hear the music!

Liked: Staff were friendly and people living were friendly as well!! Also it was close by to everything & the kitchen had a cooker which is a bonus!!

Disliked: V. noisy, you could here the bar music even on the third floor and you could feel the vibrations through the beds!! plus as its on a main street you can hear the people and cars which can get very noisy at night time. Also the kitchen was not clean, there were cockroaches, dirty floor and the fridge smelt horrible. Plus there was hardly any cutlery. The 3rd floor showers/ toilet were pretty dirty and the light in another toilet didn't work so we only had one toilet at night. The green duvets weren't changed when someone new came in which is pretty unhygienic.

Liked: The location is perfect! In 5 minutes by train (really cheap) at Circular Quay and in 3 minutes walk at Darling Harbour, :)

Disliked: It's on a really busy street so really much noise at night!

Liked: the toilet is clean, and they have a bar and open pub in the weekend; cheap drinks! awesome atmostphere. Also, located just right in the city, near to food chains and other clubs and pubs, bus and train station. what more do you expect?

Disliked: maybe they should have lockers for guests.

Liked: It was cheap, provided a bed + locker (which is all I needed).

Disliked: Outside door key is broken; had to call the hostel to get the door opened each time when entering after hours - bad if you don't have a phone! A bit dirty; saw two cockroaches (one squished on the carpet). "24 hour hot showers" isn't really that true... a bit cold at night.

Liked: The location is fantastic

Disliked: It looks nothing like the pictures. Needs new carpets, a coat of paint, helpful staff, a brighter more cheerful bar area and communal areas to sit. Signage in the elevator and stairs to tell you what is on each floor. Bathrooms need renovating and need more shower and toilet stalls on each floor

Liked: BESt beds in australia !!! Nightly activities, Free Drinks, Cant be any more Central. Really liked the vibe from Management & Staff, Like a home away from Home.. Would definatly reccommend it to other travellers for when they stay in Sydney. Free internet which is always a Major Bonus ;-)

Disliked: Didnt stay long enough ;-)

Liked: The location

Disliked: There were not enough clean beds, with which we had booked ahead of time, the rooms were not clean, the front desk was not helpful and did not complete things in a timely manor, and it was a very noisy location.

Liked: The location is amazing if you are looking for a party or social atmosphere. There is a club located on the 1st and 2nd floor of this hostel, which goes until about 1:30 am on the weekends.

Disliked: Some of the same as above, the floors are sticky (where shoes at all times). The bathroom is filthy. If you are a light sleeper you will have trouble sleeping here.

Liked: Very nice located next to a lot of attractions. The railway station is also only 3 minuites to walk. The staff was helpful und friendly. Furthermore the rooms were clean and warm. Best of all is the bar in the building, which is probably the cheapest one in whole sydney.

Disliked: Because of the bar it was loud in the rooms, but it was ok. The rooms are very small and you have nearly no space for your luggage. On my floor was only one bathroom for girls and one for boys. Also the kitchen is very small and there is no living room.
