Campus Living Villages is a young and energetic company who specialize in student accommodation. The company has set a new international standard in University accommodation through out Australia, New Zealand and the United States, which not only redefines student life, but also student lifestyle.

CLV Smart Stays Sydney North is all happening. Originally developed by Macquarie University in 2000 to fill the need for student accommodation (and house Olympians for the 2000 Olympics).

The Village is a vibrant and ideal venue for groups; it is the place to meet up, a place to study, the place for groups to stay together whilst utilizing the excellent local attractions and lush expansive seven hectares of grounds that surround the accommodation. It provides high quality rooms, competitive rates, and the convenience of the new Macquarie University Sport and Recreation Centre just across the road. The ideal venue for sport minded groups Macquarie University Village is the gateway to some of Sydney’s finest sporting and leisure facilities.

Accommodation Information

Five bedroom apartments are based in two storey townhouses with living, dining and kitchen facilities shared by the five residents.

•Each apartment has its own porch area, accessible via the front or back door.
•Two fully upholstered two-seater lounges, an armchair, coffee table, dining table and six dining chairs are all provided within the apartment.
•Basic crockery is provided
•Individual bedrooms are lockable and contain a single bed, desk, built-in wardrobe, and their own ensuite including a toilet, basin and shower

Whether you have been to Sydney once or a hundred times, there is so much to do in this great city. From great shopping to sports, recreation and the fine arts, the Macquarie University Village is near to all that Sydney has to offer.
