Liked: I stayed in 4-bed female shared accomodation. The location was perfect and it looks/feels safe. Airport pickup - thumbs up. Very friendly and helpful front staff. Even though the windows don't open, the room had good air circulation. Great entertainment or at least the attempt was there to keep the atmosphere alive since it can get dark and cold in the rooms. The cleanliness of the room depended on who was in the room with you (in mine were mostly clean girls the unclean one left after the first night, but next door the room was so messy with socks and things everywhere) however the cleaning staff do a good job every day so in the end no funny smells :) Great systems in place re: food/kitchen/noise etc... Elevators could do with a bit of a tweak (in terms of priority for high up guests) however overall the hostel was warm and friendly

Liked: Offered a range of different things to do at night, to go out with ppl from the hostel inorganised party nights. Good location, and a lot was happening there.

Liked: The location and value for money was awesome - the downside - We booked into a private room and whilst we were out someone came in and had a shower - we probably would not of noticed but they left their towel and shampoo and stuff on the floor. When we went down to see who could have keys to our room - it could of been a mistake - they had no idea how many keys to each room and basically said there is nothing we can do about it - which is pretty true i guess. In addition to this we noticed that there was a security camera outside our door - we thought they would be able to see who is using there rooms, then someone pulled the cover off and it was just two wires hanging out - so basically security is not a strong point. Another down side was there are long waits to check in and check out and we saw this poor guy been charged 1/2 day fee because he checked out late he could not even speak english very well and the only come back the staff had is that there are sign's everywhere - not very helpful if you can not speak english - so make sure you get out on time.

Liked: Good Location. Very close to Paddy's Market & Chinatown. Woolworth & Coles are about 0.5 to 1 Km away. The attached toilet was pretty clean.
