Liked: Easily the best hostel showers I have ever experienced! The water was hot and the pressure was great! I love that this hostel puts a lot of effort into recycling. There is always a lot of activities on every day. Reception staff were so friendly and helpful. Great restaurant attached for a good breakfast to start the day!

Disliked: No complaints at all. Everything was great.

Liked: Location! It is totally professional and everything is easy. It's what you expect a good hostel to be.

Disliked: Internet facilities could be better: faster and stronger.

Liked: Excellent location, right next to the train station and practically in the middle of the city. Great facilities and services - movies every night and breakfast on offer a few mornings a week. Although I didn't take part in any of the activities, there was always plenty on offer each day.

Disliked: Not the best place for socialising, maybe because of its size. But you get to meet people in your dorm.

Liked: its near the station so is accessible

Disliked: It didnt really have any atmosphere and there were 2 sockets in a room of 8 people

Liked: Didn't feel like a hostel at all! Super clean and the staff were more than willing to help me out. Right across the street from the Central train station, which was great.

Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.

Liked: It was super close to central station which is great if you are arriving by and departing by greyhound. It was clean and had all the things a backpacker might want. I would stay here again but only for convenience, not for character or charm.

Disliked: Lots of old people. No free breakfast. No free storage (=lockers are expensive if you are catching the 8pm greyhound to Melbourne!) Sauna was 37ºC - that's a warm room, not a sauna. Not the best place to meet people. Larger hostels lose that charm.

Liked: Good location, right next to central station, George Street, bars/clubs, restaurants, banks, etc. Good size room, comfy bed, nice bathroom with soap, towels, and hairdryer- but I stayed in a private ensuite. Checked me in right away which I appreciated after such a long flight.

Disliked: Not so close to some of the sites, expensive internet.

Liked: Everything...it really had everything! I even stayed with children and it was fine. Very professionally run and gave the impression that it was somewhere between a hostel and a hotel especially with all the additional facilites. The staff were so friendly and helpful no matter what silly questions I asked.

Disliked: Nothing!

Liked: Quite homey for a big hostel. Lots of places to get away from or to meet people. Good set-set. Great staff.
