Blue Parrot is 5 minutes walk to Kings Cross train station, and 15 minutes walk by the water's edge and through the Botanic Gardens to the Opera House and Harbour Bridge, Australian Museum, Art Gallery, Sydney Tower, Sydney Aquarium and City Centre.
Our hostel is safe and clean and in the chic part of Sydney with the best nightlife in town, close to all the hip bars, restaurants, pubs and clubs. Surrounded by cafes, shops, supermarkets, post office & banks!
Our family owns & runs this hostel creating a warm comfortable home-like atmosphere, the ideal base from which to explore Sydney.
Our private courtyard garden is a peaceful space to chill out, enjoy morning coffee, lunch, an evening drink , a BBQ or a chat with fellow travelers (open 9am - 9pm )

GROUP BOOKINGS: For group bookings (4 people or more) you may cancel your booking by giving us the minimum 7 days notice without cancellation charges. After this time you will be charged for all the nights booked.

CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR RESERVATIONS, YOU MUST READ UNDERSTAND & ACCEPT OUR SPECIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS BELOW BEFORE MAKING A BOOKING:
A minimum of 11 nights is required over Christmas & New Year, 23rd December 2008 to 10th January 2009.
On making your booking HostelBookers.com will deduct 10% of the total amount of your booking. This amount is NON REFUNDABLE.
On receiving your booking Blue Parrot Backpackers will debit your credit card 50% of the remaining balance as deposit. This deposit is NON REFUNDABLE if you cancel.
Blue Parrot backpackers will debit your credit card the remaining 50% balance owed on 1st December 2008. This amount is NON REFUNDABLE if you cancel after the 1st December.
The Visa or MasterCard you use must be in your NAME ONLY and must not expire before 31st December 2008. In the event that your credit card is declined your booking is automatically cancelled, and no refunds given.
By making this booking you have read, understood and accepted our Special Terms & Conditions for Christmas & New Year 2008 and authorize the Blue Parrot Backpackers to debit your credit card as outlined above.
