We are mature backpackers and appreciated that people of all ages were staying here, not just students and staff were equally helpful to all. Their travel desk was excellent.

It is a giant! Never saw such huge hostel. But it works. Kitchen is a bit tiny for all the people, but ther are cheap meals down in the bar. I was lucky not to sleep on 1st level, nearby the TV, which is very loud. I was sad to leave.

The rooms were ideal, loads of computers, great bar, great cheap food in the bar. Very easy to book things through the hostel too. Highly recommended!!

the hostel was decently clean and safe, with an elevator - always a bonus. The free city tour was decent, although very basic in terms of information

Very Very clean, Great facilities, met lots of brilliant people, side bar is brilliant for a few beers before going out on the town!! Loved it! Id definately reccomend it to anyone!

It was kind problem was trhat we didn't know that it was not vor kids under 18 jear. They gave us a familieroom that was perfect.

Kitchen area / bar / travel up service and general amenities are excellent - really helpful and friendly staff - both knowledgeable and nice!!
