Liked: Neat and clean, access controlled dorm rooms, great location, helpful staff, clean washrooms, in-house laundry facilities, I got a free pickup from the airport as well.

Disliked: I would have liked the internet to be less expensive, and the common sitting area to be located away from the reception.

Disliked: the bunk beds, poor tv, bathroom on the hallway and to top it off the fact that I have to RENT a towel.

Liked: The location near the station.

Disliked: I realised I don't like these massive chain style hostels. It was quite noisy and you had to pay for everything. Probably suit a younger crowd (less than 21). Stay in Big Hostel instead if you want somewhere central and near the station. It has free wifi and free breakfast and provides the same standard of accomodation as this place.

Liked: We like the central location of the hostel, beside the central station.

Disliked: The toilets were dirty all of the time yet the cleaners were able to hoover the halls at 9am each morning. The blinds did not work in the room so once the sun rose the room was as bright as cold be.

Disliked: The kitchen was too small for the amount of people and was the utensils needed replacing.

Liked: Clean, well maintained, all facilities, good location, quiet and showers that work.

Disliked: No personal lockers in the rooms and the desk won't hold valuables. Getting robbed is a real possibility.

Liked: Very clean, very organised, very fun - lots of things to do and places to sit and chill or meet people. Kitchen was great, tv/chill out area was awesome and the side bar was a great little club to nip into!

Disliked: Absolutely nothing (apart from perhaps it being a little costly)

Liked: Great location. Good place for fun. Staff were helpful. But I don't think it was value for money. I booked twin bedroom but it was bunk bed. Also bed sheet wasn't clean enough.

Liked: Stayed here back in May and again in July, were put back in the same room which was a bit random! Has modern facilities and a great atmosphere. Good location and place to meet people, there is always something going on in Side Bar too.

Disliked: There is only one double socket in the 10 bed dorm room right by the door, is a pain when everyone needs to charge their laptops/phones etc. It would be good to have personal reading lights for each bunk too - the bottom bunks don't get enough light for you to be able to read a book etc. The carpet in the room we stayed in really did need replacing, was pretty dirty and stained in quite a few places. Also didn't like the fact that someone came into our dorm 8.45am and said that the painters were going to be coming in to paint the room in 30 mins time and that we had to move all our stuff out the way. A bit more notice would have been nice and an alternative room offered, as the room would have stunk of paint, as the windows cannot be opened.

Liked: Good place, good location BUT DON'T STAY IN 10 people dorm - no sleep. (FULL STOP)

Disliked: the people... could do with a all you can eat breakfast for the price:P

Disliked: The keycard access system was terrible some staff were quite rude soundproofing in the rooms was non existant, we could hear people walking around upstairs and doors slamming all night the room we booked on hostelbookers.com was not what we received

Liked: Clean and secure. No chance of getting in if you didnt have a key card.

Disliked: It's simply too big. It doesnt have the atmosphere of a fun, smaller hostel where it's easier to meet people.

Liked: Location is excellent, so were most of the staff! It's definitely a young people's hostel & we are oldies but everyone, staff & guests, were polite & respectful. We found it to be a well-run, efficiently set up hostel. Great use of a lovely old building. BUT bathroom on our floor was cleaned only once daily, late afternoon it seemed, & it certainly needed a good sortout first thing in the morning! THE SHOWERS, however are the BEST I've encountered, anywhere!THANKS, Ryan & team, you're lovely!Oh and we had a great view from our window too. And free shuttle from airport a nice bonus too.

Disliked: See above - bathrooms need to be cleaned more often

Liked: Go for smaller dorms if you don't want to be woken up early in the morning- the 8 was terrible, the 4 bed was brilliant because of this- it's worth the extra if you want some zzz
