Liked: > good aircondition system in the whole building > maybe a good place for teenagers who like crowed places & parties

Disliked: > rooms just have a bed, no possibility the leave cloth (not even a hook in the wall) > crowded > staff likes to inform guests via loudspeakers in each room about their special offers ???

Liked: Really clean. Always a toliet or shower free. Really good place to meet other travellers. Good washing facilities. Internet & WiFi avaliable but is not free. Security is excellent. $8 dinners were really nice. The Side Bar downstairs is handy if you can't be bothered to venture out. Right opposite bus terminal.

Disliked: The kitchen is really small for the amount of people in this hostel. Take advantage of the $8 dinners. More fridges and seating areas is needed. There are two lifts and no stairs. The lifts can take ages sometimes because of the amount of floors. Internet expensive.

Liked: Lovely helpful staff.

Disliked: Walls thin so the deafening inconsiderate snorer in the next room kept me awake. Snorers should be given their own special "together" section. They are always the first to fall asleep and don't care that it bothers others.

Liked: Really easy to meet people and the bar downstairs is great. The free tours they run are good fun and recommended. Lockers in the dorms are a good size, and rooms are a pretty big and well air conditioned during the summer. The TV room is good too. Had an amazing time staying here. The girls at the travel desk are fantastic and not pushy at all. Internet is expensive, but a good speed.

Disliked: THE KITCHEN! Far too small for the size of the hostel. Having 6 working gas hobs and 700 people is just never going to work. Far too much food gets stolen out of the fridges/shelves too without the staff being able to do anything about it. Some of the bar staff are a little unpleasant too, but then they have a difficult job.

Liked: Great atmosphere, Great location, Extremely helpful and friendly staff, Awesome chill out zone, Night rider stops right opposite! Perfect for young travelers. Will be definitely be coming back!

Disliked: Only one toilet on each level

Liked: The facilities were quite good - big TVs, good bar and cafe.

Disliked: The kitchen was quite dirty although this is probably just because the people staying there are filthy and don't care that other people want to use a clean cooking area. Noise levels were also very high. The enjoyment of the stay is purely dependent on the luck of the draw and who is in your room - there are extremely messy and loud rooms and others not.

Liked: This is a really great hostel - facilities are new and clean, lots to do, including free walks around the city & the beaches. They really take care of people staying there & make sure they have a good time. Friendly staff & good common areas

Disliked: Laundry facilities a bit expensive!

Liked: Loved the location. The building and facilities are fab. Cafe and side bar do great food and side bar is fab for a night out!!!

Disliked: kitchen and eating area is too small for the size of the hostel. No staires so have to use the bloody lift all the time which becomes annoying after a while

Liked: Very friendly atmosphere. Nice staff and accommodation.

Disliked: Kitchen facilities weren`t sufficient at peak times.

Liked: side bar, some good nights in there! being able to meet people.

Disliked: kitchen to small for everyone.... you have to wait around to use the hobs! not always enough plates, pots pans etc. takes along time to get up and down in lifts as only 2. And your not allowed to use the stairs!?!?

Liked: Great location and pretty clean (compared to other places I've stayed)

Disliked: They have a central air conditioning system that we complained twice was not cool enough but the temperature was always too high. Also they don't give YHA discount if you book in advance.

Liked: The location is strategic - in the middle of the city. The hostel is clean and supported by good facilities. It has a good atmosphere to enjoy the party.

Disliked: They put male and female in the same room. I don't know this information before. Should inform in the advertising...

Liked: There were areas to relax on couches in front of the tv.

Disliked: Very few utensils in the kitchen and the kitchen closed quite early.

Liked: It was close to the train station for buses and metro. Bar underneath was OK. Staff we nice. Not much else to rave about.

Disliked: Our room was filthy. Mainly due to the other guests but seemed it isn't cleaned that often as there was old pieces of bread and crisps on floor when we arrived at the room. No designated common area, just a cushioned bit in the corridor by the kitchen with a TV. Kitchen seems very small for the number of guests. Feels more like a hotel than a hostel, as harder to meet people and its so huge.

Liked: location only really...filled with spoilt 18-20 year olds...no real chill out area, ...kitchen a joke as was the tv lounge..guess priority here is getting drunk and passing out in dirty rooms..over rated

Disliked: mostly everything, mainly the young gap year arrogant kids wit trust funds, bad attitudes and disgusting odour POMS lol crapola

Liked: Clean, big, good facilities.

Disliked: They did a poor job placing me in the 6 bed room. I was put in a room with all Germans, and in the room beside us they were all Germans, who spoke little to no English. Very frustrating. Would've recommended it otherwise but that was a huge disappointment.

Liked: Nice facilities such as kitchen, internet, lounge, bar. Excellent central location.

Disliked: you spend alot of time waiting for the lifts as you cannot use the stairs-not sure why-generally one lift is out of service so quite frustrating if you're trying to get anywhere in a hurry.
