The dorm rooms make it very easy to meet people as does the side bar and communal room. The hostel puts on cheap tours to all the major beaches and some attractions so there is always something to do. We had free food and ale nights over christmas which is always enjoyable.

Everything looked very organized and neat; Internet; lockers in dormitory; security keycard (does not always seem to work with the elevators); luggage storage room unfortunately is not free.

The side bar was fantastic -- a little too good! I was there a week and never saw any bars in the rest of Sydney. The staff are always helpful and there is always so much on offer in terms of activities, cheap meals etc and they will plan your entire Australian trip if you want them to!

I wasn't sure what to expect from a hostel due to this being my first experience. The staff were very helpful and the atmosphere was very friendly. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you to all the staff for all their wonderful hospitality.
