the staff are very friendly and helpful and we got ourself upgraded from a 8 beded room to a 6 beded room and we have the room all by ourselves( 5 of us)

I liked the atmosphere in the court yard as there were always lots of people sitting down there that you could talk to and in the kitchen as well.

the problem with this Hostel is that the staff are very helpful, except the manager, we had to leave the hostel 5 days early so that we could travel to Melbourne for a family illness, and we were given no refund, which is very poor customer service,
