 Friendly and helpful staff and great location

the problem with this Hostel is that the staff are very helpful, except the manager, we had to leave the hostel 5 days early so that we could travel to Melbourne for a family illness, and we were given no refund, which is very poor customer service,

The location. 10 minutes walk from the Opera House and Crown Street and Kings Cross. It was quiet and the staff were very friendly.

FREE PANCAKES FOR BREKKY!!!!! Staff was so helpful when we asked about transportation and the sights. It was not too overly crowded, very close to convenience store and gorcery.
