Liked: Wonderful people. Always something to do, always a party going on. If you're lost, there's always someone to pick you up, and help you out. Great with the help with booking and you're always welcome to ask the staff anything. Nice rooms, wonderful bathrooms, awesome DJ's.

Liked: Aufzug, Zimmergroesse und dafuer vorgesehene Bettenzahl (Platz fuer Koffer und Rucksack war noch) ausserdem Spiegel, Tisch und Stuhl im Zimmernette atmosphaere, schneller Kontakt zu anderen Hostelgaesten

Liked: A nice place overall. The location is just perfect - near the CBD, in a walking distance to Darling Harbour, Botanic Gardens, etc. and a train station near.

Liked: The only thing I liked was the free airport pickup with 3 night stay. Otherwise, Base was not worth it at all. Air Conditioning in the room was freezing. Each time I asked the front desk to turn it up (warmer) they said OK. And proceeded to ignore it. Every night for 3 nights. There was NO power outlet in my room. How are backpackers supposed to charge their cameras and other stuff? Magic? The bathroom was dirty. Constantly. I don't feel like wasting my time writing more...don't stay at Base.

Liked: i loved base. it was central to everywhere, darling harbour 5 mins away, sydney harbour 10 minutes. right next to the train station so easy to get around, and also just a short taxi ride to kings cross, think the taxi cost around $6. the scary canary bar is lots of fun, gets really busy i met loads of people there, and the entertaiment is a lot of fun, no critisism at all for this place, would recommend

Liked: It's location is perfect, and everything you possibly need is easily accessible from here. Had I not found a place to stay for free, I would have extended my stay at Base Sydney.
