The friendliness of the staff won it for me, we were made to feel welcome and 'at home' from day one. the location was great, only ten minute walk to botanic gardens and the opera house area which are both equally beautiful.

Everything! The facilities & people were fantastic. Kings Cross is a little rough around the edges, but plenty of places to eat & drink.

It has a cool exterior & really inviting. The old building has character & it sets it out friom the rest. I felt very comfortable & will stay on my back through Sydney.

A very easy going environment, with a lot of extras offered on friday evening. A very good location to go party in the evening. Fun level very high.
