Staff was very friendly, Bruce informed me that I could collect $100 a day for my bag that the airline lost. They found it quick enough when I brought this to their attention. Thanks Bruce.

Private rooms had a safe, trendy flat screen TV, and a ceiling fan for those hot nights.
There was a nice court yard for eating and it was managed very well. Place was contantly being cleaned.
Free pick up from the airport. Really close to train station.

When we arrived here we were so tired after travelling in a bus for 14 hours, however the staff was so friendly and nice to us. They fixed our room, so we could check in earlier, which was nice.
And when our overnight stay at some friends house was cancelled they helped us out! AND we are still here!!
It's just the best! We love the atmosphere here! It's close to the harbour, the Opera house, to the shopping areas, the Botanic Garden! It's all within a walking distance! It's just great!!
If we ever come to Sydney again this is where we are going to stay! That is for sure!

Bruce! the hostel was in a good location, walking distance to the centre and the opera house etc. some of the rooms were quite noisy.... especially room 12 but on the whole we liked it and would definately go again! there is always plenty to do in the evenings there which the hostel arranges!

Very friendly place, you meet a lot a different and interesting people. Every night a party is organised outside. At the end you ahve the impression you have joined a big family !
