Good value considering location with the beach and so many different types of restaurants nearby and own bathroom and TV. Also the bus stop to get to and from the airport is only 680 metres away.…

St Marks Lodge is a comfortable and convenient hotel in Randwick offering accommodation close to UNSW, the Prince of Wales Hospital and the Sydney Childrens Hospital.

St Marks Lodge is a boutique guest house located at the north end of Randwick in Sydney. The lodge offers quiet and comfortable accommodation close to the Royal Randwick Shopping Centre and the famous Royal Randwick Racecourse.

TAXES: City: 5.875% + $2 per night if over $40 or 5.875% + $1.50 per night if between $30 and $40 or 5.875% +$1 per night if between $20 and $30. State: 8.875% + $1.50 per night PAYMENT POLICY: FIRST NIGHT WILL BE CHARGED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. THE REMAINING BALANCE IS PAYABLE DIRECTLY TO THE HOTEL ON ARRIVAL. If you do not wish to settle the remaining balance of your booking on arrival, a credit card imprint of the remaining balance will be required before you are able to check in to your room. If the credit card details provided for the deposit are found to be invalid, the hotel will allow 48 hours for a new card to be given. If no charge can be made from the original or new card given, the booking will be cancelled. CHECK-IN POLICY: A VALID CREDIT CARD AND IDENTIFICATION IN THE SAME NAME THAT THE ROOM WAS BOOKED UNDER WILL BE REQUIRED OF THAT PERSON ON ARRIVAL. If the credit card and/or identification presented on arrival are not in the same name of the booking, or if the person checking in is not the person who's name the room was booked under, check-in to the room will be denied. The credit card used to pay the deposit will need to be sighted upon check in. If your booking includes dates between 29th December and 1st January inclusive, a non-refundable deposit of the full amount of your stay will be taken when the booking is made. CANCELLATION POLICY: FREE OF CHARGE UP TO 48 HOURS PRIOR TO 2PM ON YOUR ARRIVAL DATE. Any booking modifications, including date changes and/or a full cancellation of your booking made within 48 hours of 2pm on your arrival date will incur a charge of the first night booked. Any booking modifications requested after check in must occur at least 48 hours prior to the change taking place to avoid any charges. Guests with Benefits loyalty bookings can be changed or cancelled up to 24 hours prior to 2pm on the arrival date. Any booking modifications within 24 hours of 2pm of the arrival date will incur a charge of the first night booked.
