Liked: location, friendly staff, good social netword

Disliked: The place is very ratty and dirty, the kitchen alone was in terrible condition and very disgusting

Liked: Not much except location

Disliked: Was very noisy, the kitchen was under-equipped, people were smoking in the dorm, would have complained to the night manager but he was also smoking in the dorm. Dorm was absolutely filthy, despite apparently having been cleaned a couple of hours previously. Had booked in for 4 nights but left after the first night.

Liked: The location and hot showers

Disliked: Unhelpful, unfriendly staff. Didn't even get a guide of the hostel. The place is very dirty and I could smell it before opening the door. Internet permanently down.

Liked: Everyone is very friendly - both the staff and the other residents. The location is brilliant.

Disliked: The decor is tired and the kitchen facilities could be better, but the friendliness, the location and the inexpensive price more than make up for this.

Liked: Nothing about the property, but I couldn't fault the staff, they were very hospitable which always makes a stay somewhere a bit nicer.

Disliked: It's a bit old and grotty looking, barthrooms and rooms did seem to be cleaned regularly but as the building was in a general bad state unfortunately it just made the whole place feel a bit dirty.

Liked: Close to the city centre the staff were very helpful! This place has a grotty sort of charm but if cleaniness is high on your priority...

Liked: The hotel staff (especially Kate and Lara) are cool - really helpful and big smiles all round. The place is your average hostel but ideal location and a good place to meet other people. Somewhere to park the car too!!!

Disliked: Jake left no negative feedback.
