Liked: The manager was very friendly. He not only welcomed me to Perth but also was very informative on how to travel around. He listened to my needs and helped me out without being pushy. I also liked the fact that Witches Hat isn't moeny grabbing, like some hostels. They lent my a sleeping bag for my trip up North for no charge, just trusting me to bring it back. A gerat hostel. Feels more like home

Liked: The Witch's Pantry was great, Hopper (the main guy) was very friendly and helpful, mud cake movie night! a great place to stay for a long time, perhaps not for just a couple of days as you may feel out of the loop!

Liked: The manager, Hopper, is the font of ALL knowledge. He will happily talk to you for ages about anywhere in Australia, help you decide where to go, what to do, and book whatever for you too. Must also mention Louise. She was fab and spent ages trying to organise a camper van for us, even tho she was having the worst day ever. Thanks guys.

Liked: It was a nice clean place to stay, but to many people staying long term and didn't want to meet people who are passing through. The hostel on the whole though one of the best i have ever stayed at.

Liked: Thw Witch's Hat is very clean, there are great laundry and internet facilities, the beds are confortable and while there are opportunities to have fun, there is a clear respect for the choice as there are boundaries around noise late at night.
